Our goal is to develop new standards and define the requirements, characteristics and interconnect technologies needed for future Grid Independent Local DC Electric Power. This technology will provide for use in new homes and buildings that wish to deploy highly efficient local green, solar and wind power systems.
A Grid Independent DC Electric Power system consists of a local primary power source, emergency power source, control and protection devices, and an interconnection network (wires, cables, connectors, etc.). The main power is derived from sources such as but not limited to; wind generators, solar panel arrays, fuel cell systems and energy storage devices.
To advance this technology we are producing presentations, white papers, application notes, unsolicited proposals to government agencies and specifications that are made available to business partners and project sponsors. Research requires resources. Since we are so small we are looking for resources such as facilities, tools and test equipment. If you would like to help the research efforts as a sponsor, follow the link below. As a sponsor, you at your choosing can be put on our list to receive newsletters and have access to key publications.
